Role - Advocate:

The Advocate will safeguard Vraj Group's legal interests by managing property documentation, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal guidance on property laws, RERA, stamp duty, and municipal regulations.

- Draft, vet, and finalize contracts, sale deeds, lease agreements, and joint ventures.

- Conduct due diligence and title verification.

- Represent the company in courts, tribunals, and arbitrations.

- Partner with Finance, Projects, and Sales teams.

Requirements:

- LLB/LLM with 5+ years in real estate law.

- Strong knowledge of RERA, property registration, municipal laws.

- Expertise in drafting, negotiation, and litigation.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
