Strong expertise in drafting petitions, agreements, deeds, notices & legal opinions
Ability to independently handle matters before District Courts, High Court and government depts
Exp in IPR, corporate compliance, and dispute resolution preferred

Min 3 years of exp (Litigation/Corporate/IPR)
