Job Description

We are looking for motivated Law students / fresh Advocates to join our E-commerce team as Intern Advocates. This role focuses on legal support for website operations, compliance, and seller-buyer policies in an online marketplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and review website legal content: Terms & Conditions Privacy Policy Return, Refund & Cancellation Policies Seller & Buyer Agreements Ensure compliance with Indian IT laws, consumer protection laws, and e-commerce regulations. Assist in handling legal notices, disputes, and customer complaints. Support in framing marketplace rules for sellers and buyers. Research legal updates related to e-commerce, data protection, and digital payments. Coordinate with tech and operations teams to implement legal changes on the website. Maintain legal documentation and records.

Eligibility:

Law students (LLB / BA LLB / LLM) or Fresh Advocates Basic knowledge of IT Act, Consumer Protection Act & E-commerce rules Good drafting and communication skills Interest in startups, digital business & online platforms
