Job Description

1.Handled Motor Vehicle cases.(This is Call Taxi Industry) 2.Responsible for provision of legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks. 3.Review ongoing cases and suggest management accordingly. 4.Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken. 5.Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures. 6.Review and draft contracts, agreements and and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements. 7.Review progress of outstanding litigation and cost impact. 8.Formulate compliance check-lists to be used for the purpose of ensuring that all information required is provided accordingly. 9.Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management accordingly. 10.Review all contracts or any other documentation where the Company has committed and assess legal implications. 11.Negotiate, review and draft documentation for business. 12.Liaison with govt. and local authorities like mines, civil, criminal, electrical , municipality. 13.Handling recoveries through court to Police station cases.
