Job Description

Draft, proofread, and format legal documents--such as correspondence, contracts, briefs, and affidavits--in strict compliance with client specifications and template standards. Edit, organise, and perform quality checks on documents to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to legal norms. Tailor and apply legal precedents and templates to suit client-specific situations while maintaining legal integrity and context. Manage electronic filing systems and version control processes to streamline document tracking and retrieval. Coordinate with fee-earners or supervisors to clarify requirements and ensure punctual delivery of documents. Stay informed about current legal drafting conventions, document automation tools, and best practices in digital legal workflows. Liaise with English-speaking UK clients to discuss documentation requirements and processes. Supervise and support team members, addressing their queries and guiding their work.
