Job Description
Advocate for Litigation Min. experience \xe2\x80\x93 5 years Criteria \xe2\x80\x93 should be able to independently draft notices, applications, Suits, Appeals, revisions, Written Statements, Say, written and oral arguments, cross examination, leading evidence etc. in Civil litigation with respect to property suits, Revenue as well as Tenancy suits, RERA and Arbitration matters. Should be able to represent the clients in all courts independently. Practice experience in Thane District Court will be preferred. Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb950,000.00 per month Schedule:
- Day shift
- Yearly bonus
- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Litigation: 5 years (Preferred)
