We are looking for a qualified and experienced
Advocate
to join our legal team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of legal procedures, excellent drafting and research skills, and the ability to represent clients effectively before courts, tribunals, and government authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle litigation matters independently before District Courts, High Courts, and other judicial forums.
Draft and review legal documents including petitions, contracts, affidavits, and notices.
Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs and opinions.
Provide legal advice and strategy to clients.
Coordinate with clients, senior counsels, and internal teams for case updates and compliance.
Ensure timely filing and documentation for all legal proceedings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university; LL.M preferred.
Enrolled with the Bar Council and eligible to practice law.
3-6 years of relevant experience in litigation, corporate, or commercial law.
Strong communication, analytical, and drafting skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
