We are looking for a diligent and knowledgeable

Corporate Advocate

to handle the legal affairs of our organization and ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, advising management on legal rights and obligations, handling company litigation, and supporting corporate transactions.

Freshers with strong academic backgrounds and interest in corporate law are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and other legal documents. Advise on company law, corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters. Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitrations, or mediations. Conduct legal research and risk analysis on matters impacting the company. Coordinate with external legal counsel for litigation or specialized opinions. Assist in mergers, acquisitions, investment deals, and due diligence processes. Ensure compliance with applicable laws including Companies Act, Contract Law, SEBI, FEMA, etc. Maintain legal records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.

Requirements:

LL.B. degree from a recognized university; enrollment with Bar Council. Solid understanding of corporate and commercial law. Strong drafting and communication skills. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Ability to manage multiple legal matters with attention to detail. [For freshers] Internship experience in corporate or legal advisory firms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in handling startup or private limited company matters. Exposure to regulatory filings (ROC, RBI, SEBI, etc.). Knowledge of intellectual property, data privacy, or labor laws is a plus.
