Seth Law Chambers, a law boutique law firm dealing with Arbitration and Commercial Disputes, is in the process of expanding its team of lawyers for its office in Delhi. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Educational Qualification: LLB from a reputed university having a good academic record 2 to 4 years of Post Qualification Experience in either a reputed law firm, or chambers of a Senior Advocate, or chambers of an independent counsel. Candidate should be familiar with Arbitration and/or Civil Original side Work Excellent written and spoken English is essential Application Prerequisites Request the candidate to support their application with a cover letter Candidates must enclose their updated CV along with their application Candidates are strongly encouraged to explain in detail the professional assignments they have undertaken in the recent past Title (Associate) Advocate Location Delhi 1. Legal research and preparing briefs/case notes 2. Drafting pleadings before Arbitration Tribunals, Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India 3. Supervising filing of cases before the Courts 4. Advancing arguments before Arbitrations and Courts 5. Preference would be given to candidates who display the ability to deal with a case from end-to-end, i.e. from advising clients in the pre-disputes stage to arguing before the Court/Arbitration Tribunals to execution/enforcement.
