Person should have good knowledge in

Contractual Disputes:

Issues related to breached or disputed agreements.

Property Disputes:

Matters concerning ownership, possession, or inheritance of property.

Family Law:

Cases involving divorce, child custody, and maintenance.

Personal Injury:

Seeking compensation for damages caused by negligence or wrongful acts.

Consumer Rights:

Protecting consumers from unfair business practices.

Debt Recovery:

Assisting clients in reclaiming unpaid debts. Business Law:- Solicit Client under different aspect of Business Law.
Key Responsibilities

Client Representation:

Advocating for clients in court, before agencies, or in private settlements.

Legal Advice:

Informing clients about their legal rights, obligations, and the advisability of taking legal action.

Case Preparation:

Conducting thorough research, gathering evidence, and preparing legal documents like contracts, wills, and deeds.

Negotiation & Dispute Resolution:

Negotiating settlements and acting as a mediator or arbitrator to resolve civil disputes outside of court.

Courtroom Advocacy:

Presenting cases, arguing points, and submitting written and verbal presentations to judges.

Legal Interpretation:

Interpreting complex laws, regulations, and court rulings to advise clients and guide legal strategy.

Supervision:

Overseeing paralegals and legal assistants in case management and documentation.
