Years of experience: 6-8 years
Job Location Pune/Noida
Overview
A strong experience with Genesys Cloud platform development or a similar platform. Proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js, knowledge of REST APIs, familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, and the ability to design and architect customer interaction solutions using Genesys Cloud features, often including integration with other systems like CRM or data platforms; experience with telephony systems and concepts is also beneficial.
Skills required-
Expertise in JavaScript/Node.js for building cloud-based applications
Understanding of RESTful web services and API integration
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience with Git version control system
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Knowledge of telephony protocols and concepts
Experience with database management (SQL)
Roles and Responsibilities-
Developing call center applications and integrations.
Designing and implementing call flow logic within call center application.
Integrating call center application with other systems like CRM or ERP.
Maintaining and updating existing call center applications.
Troubleshooting technical issues related to call center functionality.
Contributing to the overall architecture and design of call center solutions.
