Key responsibilities are assigned based on an evaluation of the candidate\'s professional qualification, relevant experience, Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a demonstrated working knowledge of basic financial analysis that impacts the business and economic environment. These could include: Review of current financial position, analysing working capital, monitoring short term cash flows, key drivers of value and key risks of businesses across a range of sectors and geographies to identify the right solution. Provide solution to distressed companies to stabilise crisis situations, helping to turnaround underperforming businesses and (when necessary) help them to restructure their balance sheets and Lenders to companies in distress who require advice throughout a restructuring negotiation alongside analytical support and insight (e.g. liquidity reviews and independent business reviews of borrowers). A basic understanding of insolvency legislation and practice is not a prerequisite but helpful Consistently demonstrate teamwork dynamics by working as a team member: understand personal and team roles contribute to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members and proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback. Preparation and review of Reports and working on corporate insolvency cases. Dealing with insolvency management, preparation of legal forms and compliance task. C.A/MBA/CFA Experience: 1-3 years Completed a professional qualification in accounting or finance and understands financialaccounting concepts. Working knowledge of Analytical tools like Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx Manages a number of responsibilities in the face of competing priorities. Sets priorities for tasks based on relative importance and urgency. Takes responsibility for and ensures that assigned tasks are fulfilled in a timely way to a high standard Has Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Is a team player, committed to providing high quality and maintaining timeliness Has effective written and verbal communication skills in English Demonstrates self-motivation and a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and development Is committed to continuous training and to proactively learn new processes.
