Job Title: Service Advisor



Greet and assist customers, understanding their vehicle service and repair requirements. Prepare accurate job cards and service estimates. Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Communicate service progress and cost updates to customers. Conduct vehicle inspections before and after service. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Promote value-added services, maintenance packages, and accessories. Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to company service standards.

Job Title: Bodyshop Advisor



Greet customers and assess vehicle damage to determine repair requirements. Prepare accurate repair estimates, including parts, labor, and paint costs. Coordinate with insurance surveyors and manage claim approval processes. Create and maintain job cards, ensuring all repair details are documented accurately. Communicate repair status, timelines, and cost updates to customers. Inspect vehicles post-repair to ensure quality workmanship Promote additional services, accessories, and paint protection solutions Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality control standards

Job Title:

Technical Advisor



Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in vehicles using diagnostic tools and equipment. Provide technical guidance and support to technicians for repair and maintenance Assist Service Advisors in explaining technical issues and recommended repairs to customers in a clear, non-technical manner. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring vehicle issues and suggest corrective actions. Ensure all repairs and maintenance work meet manufacturer and company quality standards. Maintain detailed technical reports and job documentation for service records. Coordinate with OEM technical teams and attend training programs for updates on new vehicle technologies. Support warranty claim evaluations with accurate diagnosis and documentation. Conduct post-repair inspections to ensure the effectiveness of service work. Promote workshop safety standards and ensure compliance with all operational procedures.

Requirements:



Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering. Interested or 0-3 years of experience in the automobile industry. In-depth knowledge of automotive systems--mechanical, electrical, and electronic. Proficiency in diagnostic tools, scanners, and Dealer Management Systems (DMS). Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and customer explanation abilities. Ability to train and mentor workshop staff on new technologies and repair techniques. Familiarity with warranty policies, service manuals, and manufacturer repair guidelines.
