IIT dhArwAD is an Institute of National Importance established by an Act of Parliament in 2016. The Institute is looking for experienced staff members who can contribute significantly in Infrastructure, Planning & Support [IPS] of the Institute. IIT dhArwAD invites online applications from the eligible retired Govt. /Semi Govt. Employees for the following position on contract basis:

Age Limit: Not more than 62 years as on the date of closing of the application.

Remuneration: The remuneration payable as per the Ministry of Finance's OMs No. 3-25/2020- E. IIIA dated 9.12.2020 and /pt dated 18-10-2023.

Eligibility: Essential Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent grade from a recognized University/Institute.

Experience:

Retired from the rank of Superintending Engineer (PL-12) or its equivalent and having 15 years of service in Group-A or equivalent cadre. Experience in the execution of major building projects including E&M works, preferably in an Institute of National Importance like IITs, NITs, IIMs, or a reputed Govt. Organisations like CPWD, PWD, MES, BRO or PSU, etc.
Note: Experience criteria may be relaxed in case candidate is found exceptionally suitable otherwise.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹90,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
