We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Advisor to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling insurance products, building long-term client relationships, and providing professional guidance to ensure customers choose the best coverage for their needs.Key Responsibilities- Identify and approach potential customers through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.- Understand clients' financial needs and recommend suitable insurance products (life, health, general, or other).- Explain policy details, benefits, coverage, exclusions, and terms clearly to customers.- Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring timely renewals and cross-selling additional policies.- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.- Provide after-sales support, assist with claims, and resolve customer queries.- Keep updated with industry trends, new insurance products, and regulatory requirements.- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in CRM systems.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred).- Proven experience in sales (insurance/financial services experience is a plus).- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to explain complex information clearly and build trust with clients.- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).What We Offer- Attractive salary with performance-based incentives/commissions.- Training and professional development opportunities.- Growth opportunities within the organization.- Supportive team environment.
