JOB SUMMARY - The Advisor Development And Retention Manager (ADRM) Will Be Assigned A Team Of 15 To 30 Existing Advisors And Will Not Be Responsible For Any New Advisor Recruitment. The ADRM Will Be Responsible For Month-On-Month Activation And Retention Of Assigned Advisors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Drive Cross Sales And New Sales From The Assigned Team Of Advisors Training And Development Of The Team Of Advisors For New Product Launches / Revision In The Existing Policies. QUALIFICATION And EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - + Graduation (10 + 2 + 3 years of Study) + S ALES Experience - Minimum 3 Years + SALES Experience in INSURANCE Sector - Minimum 2 Years - MANDATORY + Proven Sales Track Record In Insurance, Preferably Life Insurance + Experience In A Cross-Sell Sales Team + Familiarity With Skills In Supervision & Development Of Teams, Strong Networking Skills KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILITIES REQUIRED - Strong Relationship Building Capability Result Orientation Collaborative Working Style
