Role OverviewAs a Sales Advisor - B2C, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, guiding them through one of the most important decisions of their lives - purchasing or investing in property. You'll be equipped with pre-qualified leads generated by our Presales team, allowing you to focus on what you do best - building relationships, understanding needs, and closing deals.Key Responsibilities- Attend and engage with qualified leads provided by the Presales team.- Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to understand their real estate goals and investment vision.- Present customized property solutions through consultative, education-based selling.- Educate customers about property investment options, government incentives, and available financial strategies.- Guide clients through the decision-making process with a consultative approach and build long-term relationships pre and post-sale.- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and represent the NoBroker brand with integrity.- Proactively seek referrals and build a personal client base through networking.- Monitor market trends and competitors' pricing to stay ahead of the curve.- Own the full sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure.
