About The Job:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Fixed Asset Accounting to join our finance team. In this role, you will manage the lifecycle of fixed assets, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support accurate financial reporting.
• You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain asset records and assist with audits.
• ?Responsible for developing and maintaining specific aspects of the accounting systems including the preparation of financial statements and leadership reports.
• Preparation, review and the analysis of the profit and loss, cash flow, income and balance sheet statements. Monitors and develops monthly reports of revenues and expenditures for projects.
• Provides record of assets, liabilities and other financial transactions. Assists in the setup of processes and procedures that proper

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain and reconcile fixed asset registers
• Balance sheet reconciliation of fixed asset balance sheet accounts
• Process asset additions, disposals, and transfers.
• Support audits and provide documentation.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in fixed assets.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in multinational or shared service environments.
• Solid accounting expertise, with preferred experience in fixed assets
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong project management capabilities and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in Reconciliation and Journal entries
• Experience of using Oracle or SAP Strong written and oral communication skills
