Job Description

Role Purpose:



This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels, addressing customer inquiries and resolving grievances. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, adhering to policies and guidelines, and participating in professional development opportunities to enhance skills in payment processing, customer service, and HR administration. This role involves validating employee data requires attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt.


Key Accountabilities:



Accurate and timely management of employee data in HRIS or designated systems, carrying out data entry, updates, and maintenance of employee records across the hire-to-retire lifecycle. Handles queries via telephone, email and online ticketing systems as per the Standard Operating Model. Collaborates with the Manager, Payroll Analyst and/or Site HR to determine solutions for issues and/or enquiries. Performs employee data and organizational hierarchy maintenance in Dual HRIS and runs audit reports to validate data between dual HRIS. Follows Rio Tinto policies, standard operating procedures and global/local regulatory requirements. Takes responsibility for personal growth and development in the field, seeking opportunities to expand knowledge and skills.
