We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Tender Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, managing the end-to-end tender submission process, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements, and coordinating with internal teams for seamless execution. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work under deadlines, and proficiency in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tender Identification & Management:
Regularly search for relevant tenders across government and private portals.
Maintain a comprehensive record of tenders, tracking approvals, submissions, and deadlines.
Analyze tender requirements to determine eligibility and feasibility.
2. Documentation & Submission
Prepare and compile all necessary documents required for tender submissions, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Ensure timely submission of tenders while adhering to client and regulatory requirements.
Maintain up-to-date templates and formats for tender documents to streamline the submission process.
3. Coordination & Communication
Work closely with the finance team for Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), tender fees, and other financial documentation.
Attend pre-bid meetings, gather insights, and ensure clarity on project requirements.
Communicate with clients to resolve any queries related to the tender process.
Liaise with internal teams, including creative, finance, and legal departments, to obtain necessary inputs.
4. Compliance & Follow-ups
Ensure all tenders comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Track tender progress, follow up on pending approvals, and document feedback from authorities.
Maintain a database of submitted tenders, their status, and learning from past submissions to enhance future tendering strategies.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years in tendering, preferably in an advertising agency.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with e-tendering portals and submission processes.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Analytical mindset to assess tender opportunities effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
