Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Consult with clients to understand their marketing and advertising requirements
Present and sell advertising solutions (digital, print, social media, branding, etc.)
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Coordinate with creative, marketing, and operations teams to ensure campaign success
Track sales activities and update CRM records
Follow up with clients for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience in advertising sales, media sales, or business development (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand client needs and provide customized solutions
Self-motivated with a strong target-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and advertising platforms is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Males with Driving license preferred.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
Freshers with strong sales skills and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply
