Leading and managing the advertising department and staff, including delegating tasks and overseeing day-to-day operations. Developing and implementing creative, brand-specific ad campaigns across various media channels (print, digital, TV, radio). Collaborating with design, sales, and marketing teams to determine campaign objectives, strategies, and target audience. Managing advertising budgets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective buying of ad placements. Conducting and directing market research to inform campaign planning and targeting. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance (KPIs) and adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize ROI and reach. Presenting data-driven insights and campaign outcomes to stakeholders and clients. Supporting the hiring and training process within the advertising department as needed.
