We are looking for an

Outdoor Advertising Executive

at

Gurgaon

to serve as a key bridge between our organization and external stakeholders including vendors, clients, and government officials. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing high-level relationships, driving clear and consistent communication, liaison activities, and navigating complex regulatory and policy environments to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities / :

The candidate must be a graduate, having expertise in execution of outdoor advertising contracts which include the fabrication, electrification & other operations.

Should have complete execution knowledge of Flex, hoardings, FOB (foot over bridge), Gantries & other Advertisement assets.

Monitoring project progress, from planning to execution, to ensure it remains focused and effective.

Act as the primary point of contact and liaison for vendors, clients, and government / regulatory authorities.

Work closely with internal teams (legal, procurement, operations, marketing, and compliance) to ensure stakeholder communications are consistent, aligned and effective.

Maintain a strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and policies affecting the organization's domain and ensure that stakeholder liaison/ communication activities are compliant.

Should have 3-5 years of experience in executing outdoor advertising contracts.

Effective communication, including writing, speaking, active listening and presenting.

CTC :

?6-10 LPA (Accommodation and other benefits provided separately)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
