Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with a focus on performance and conversion outcomes. Support client communication by sharing campaign updates, reports, and insights as required. Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, and ROAS, and assist in data-driven optimization. Implement full-funnel campaign strategies including audience targeting, ad creatives, landing page coordination, and retargeting. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages to improve results. Analyze campaign performance using GA4, GTM, Meta Business Suite, and reporting tools to generate actionable insights. Assist in preparing performance reports and presenting findings to internal teams and clients. Coordinate with internal design and content teams to ensure timely campaign execution. Support budget tracking and optimization for efficient media spends. Stay updated with platform changes, new ad formats, and digital marketing best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

1-3 years of relevant experience in paid advertising and performance marketing. Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Business Suite, and reporting dashboards. Experience in handling client communication or supporting account management is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days preferred.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
