Advertiser Manager
to lead brand partnerships and scale our campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, connect, and onboard direct advertisers focused on mobile app installs, lead generation, or user acquisition.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their goals and aligning them with effective campaign strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams and publisher managers to ensure timely and quality delivery of advertiser campaigns.
Monitor live campaigns, optimize performance metrics (e.g. CTR, CVR, eCPI), and manage pacing to achieve KPIs.
Prepare campaign reports, trend analyses, and insights to continuously improve results and client satisfaction.
Negotiate pricing models (CPA, CPI, CPL, etc.), terms, and volumes to ensure competitive delivery and profitability.
Stay updated with market trends, vertical insights, and performance benchmarks in mobile performance marketing.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a focus on mobile-based campaigns or affiliate program management.
Strong understanding of user acquisition funnels and traffic monetization models (CPA, CPI, CPL).
Hands-on experience with campaign tracking tools (Swaarm, Trackier, Affise, etc.).
Analytical mindset -- able to interpret data, identify patterns, and apply optimizations.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
