Job Overview:



As an Ads Manager at Greamio, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns to generate quality leads and drive brand visibility for our courses, services, and products. You will work closely with our content creators, graphic designers, and sales team to align ad efforts with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, set up, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook + Instagram),
Google (Search + Display + YouTube), and LinkedIn Ads.

Strategize and execute lead generation campaigns for CloudBlitz training programs,
events, and franchise models.

Define target audience segments based on buyer personas and campaign objectives. Implement retargeting, lookalike, and custom audience campaigns for course
remarketing.

Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, UTM links, and
CRM integrations (e.g., Zoho).

Manage monthly ad budgets with strict ROI & CPL (cost-per-lead) goals. Coordinate with graphic designers for visuals, and copywriters for compelling
headlines.

Conduct weekly A/B tests to improve CTR, CPL, and conversion rates. Report campaign results, insights, and data-backed recommendations weekly to stakeholders. Ensure all ads comply with platform policies and Greamio's branding standards. Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and policy updates from Meta,
Google, etc.

Must-Have Skills:



Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Knowledge of marketing funnels, tracking pixels, conversion optimization, and
custom conversions.

Comfortable with CRM tracking, using tools like Zoho or HubSpot. Excellent data analysis skills and understanding of ad KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS). Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Meta Events
Manager.

Ability to manage large budgets (?50K-?3L/month) with responsibility.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):



YouTube Ads & Video Campaigns Landing Page & Funnel building (e.g., Unbounce, Swipe Pages, Webflow) Canva / Adobe Creative Suite for basic ad edits Experience with Interakt, Zapier, or automation tools WhatsApp Campaign & Click-to-Message Ad Optimization

Educational Qualification:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, IT, or Business
Administration

Meta Blueprint or Google Ads Certification (preferred)
