We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented

Advertisement Coordinator

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing advertising campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and in-store platforms. You will work closely with creative teams, vendors, and marketing departments to ensure brand consistency, cost-effective media placements, and impactful campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage advertising campaigns from concept to execution. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and media agencies for creative development. Ensure brand consistency across all advertising channels and campaigns. Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and media partners. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and effectiveness. Manage advertising budgets and ensure timely vendor payments. Research new advertising trends, technologies, and platforms for innovation. Support marketing initiatives, product launches, and seasonal promotions. Liaise with retail branches to align local and corporate advertising needs. Ensure campaigns are executed within deadlines and achieve business objectives.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of advertising, media planning, and campaign coordination. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and MS Office. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, manage budgets, and meet strict deadlines. Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand alignment.
