Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets by promoting trekking tours, seasonal offers, and customized itineraries.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Collaborate:
Work with marketing to refine campaigns and identify new sales opportunities.
Market Insight:
Stay updated on adventure travel trends to position Trekup India as a leader.
Feedback Loop:
Share client insights to improve offerings and customer satisfaction.
Post-Sales Support:
Ensure smooth pre-trip preparations and address post-trip feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
1-3 years in sales (travel, hospitality, or related field preferred).
Communication:
Exceptional verbal/written skills with persuasive flair.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and social media.

Genuine enthusiasm for outdoor activities and travel.
