Job Description

Product Owner:


Responsibility:


Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with organizational goals.


Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, Offering, and marketing, to translate customer needs into product features.


Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog that reflects the strategic vision and user needs.


Write clear and comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria.


Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and adoption.


Provide training and support to internal teams, customer support teams on new features and product updates.



Essential Competencies:


Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with tools such as JIRA or Rally


Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and emerging market trends.


Experience with user experience (UX) design principles.


Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and customer feedback to inform product decisions.


Proficient in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Ability to balance technical knowledge with customer-focused innovation



Qualification:


B.Tech/BE/MCA/M.Tech with good academics


Total exp - 12yrs -18yrs


Proven exp. in PO role for min 6 years


Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
