Main Outcomes of the Advanced Software Transaction Team

• Assure that software quotes are correctly created with respect to the transaction process requirements as established by the Company
• Accelerate software business transformation by handling the software portal transaction process from quote to order
• Drive Rockwell Automation growth while managing ongoing profitability.

Responsibilities

• Uses key systems and applications to create Advanced Software custom proposals and execute key steps in the quote to order transaction process
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed to support the Advanced Software transaction process.
• Utilize RA systems, processes and tools, such as the Software Portal, SAP, and other systems to ensure quotes, custom proposals, and orders are created and processed correctly and efficiently within pricing and discount policies

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to work on many requests simultaneously
• Ability to work with a global team across multiple time zones, including video conferencing
• Effective communication, cross-group collaboration, and project management skills.
• Proven operations and system execution skills.
• Ability to work comfortably in an ambiguous environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Products Suite
• Ability to identify efficiencies in established processes and provide recommendations to improve
