Advanced Software Engr

"Aerospace Digital Solutions (ADS) Center of Excellence (CoE)"


In Services and Connectivity (S&C) SBU

We are looking for an experienced(5 to 8 years) professional to support our ADS-CoE. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PostgreSQL database management, Jenkins job scheduling, and Python scripting for automating and managing data workflows.



Key Responsibilities:


- Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases


- Configure and maintain Jenkins pipelines for job scheduling and automation


- Develop and maintain Python scripts for data processing and analytics tasks


- Develop unit tests part of CICD automation


- Ensure high availability and performance of infrastructure supporting analytics


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and deployment



Mandatory skills:


- python/pyspark


- PostgreSQL databases


- Devops/MLops


- Experience with Azure cloud services


Preferred Skills:


- Familiarity with setting up cloud-based analytics pipelines such as databricks, airflow, etc.


- Understanding of infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting


- good to have data visualization setup like seeq, tableau or python based matplotlib, etc.


- good to have Machine Learning and workflow setup using MLFlow, etc.
