eliver technical support for the deployment of various applications on-premises and cloud environments. D
rive continuous improvement initiatives by investigating alternative technologies and presenting recommendations for architectural evaluation. E
xecute installation, maintenance, and upgrade processes for applications to ensure optimal performance. C
onduct detailed analyses of software system log files, traces, and related technology logs to identify root causes of software application issues. C
ollaborate with Project Lead to effectively manage customer expectations and timelines. P
articipate in projects across diverse geographical locations and cultural contexts, enhancing cross-cultural collaboration and understanding. R
esearch and recommend infrastructure solutions for customers' specific needs and project requirements. M
aintain clear documentation of technical knowledge through notes and guides for team reference and knowledge sharing. C
reate and Review design documentation to assist in project execution

echnical expertise in the design of Industrial solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure, VMware, AWS, or similar cloud services. C
ompetent in Linux server administration, including RedHat, CentOS, and Ubuntu. E
xtensive hands-on experience with Windows Server environments. P
ractical experience with technologies such as Cassendra, Zookeeper, Minio, and OpenShift and DevOps methodologies. P
roficient in utilizing Docker Registry, Nexus, and Kubernetes for container orchestration and management. E
xperience with managing Active Directory, configuring DNS, and working with Group Policy Objects (GPO) and Organizational Unit (OU) structures. B
asic knowledge of networking concepts, including firewalls, routers and load balancers like NGINX and HA Proxy B
asic understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure design techniques. S
olid understanding of storage solutions, including SAN, NAS, and various storage devices. P
roficient in scripting, particularly with PowerShell and Terraform, with the ability to execute essential commands. B
asic knowledge of Backup and Restoration and Disaster Recovery solutions. D
emonstrates knowledge in determining the appropriate Infrastructure sizing. Q
