Candidates should have a strong desire to help millions of people find financial freedom, offer financial protection and plan for the future. The Team The Advanced Sales Consultant at MassMutual Strategic Distributors joins a team of talented professionals who work with distributors in the third party/independent/broker general agent space to sell our Whole Life and Variable Universal Life, Universal Life, and Term products through financial advisors and independent agents. MassMutual Strategic Distributors (MMSD) is MassMutual’s dedicated, third-party distribution channel focused on building on strong relationships and forging new ones with experienced financial firms and professionals. With a diverse and relevant portfolio, including whole life insurance, disability income insurance, fixed annuities, and hybrid life/long-term care insurance, MMSD is partnering with hundreds of financial firms to meet customers where they are with the financial solutions they need. The Impact You will develop and travel around the U.S. conducting in person and virtual presentations on advanced sales topics such as: planning for high-net-worth individuals (estate and trusts, retirement, long term care, disability, etc.) and business planning (buy-sell strategies, executive compensation planning, key person insurance, split dollar etc.). Drive the creation of innovative positioning and advanced concepts that utilize MassMutual products and solutions. Monitor tax and legislative developments and create training material for our wholesalers and distribution customers. The Minimum Qualifications
