Key Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise in the design, development, and testing of innovative solutions Mentor and guide a team of R&D engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence Drive innovation by identifying new technologies and methodologies Conduct research to generate intellectual property (IP) and contribute to patent applications Evaluate emerging technologies for applicability to projects Conduct technology assessments to inform decisionmaking Support technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing Identify and assess technical and projectrelated risks Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies

YOU MUST HAVE
5+ years of experience performing research and development projects within a technology or manufacturing environment Strong background in areas such as materials science, electronics, sensors, controls, or related fields Proven track record of technical leadership and project management

Bachelor's degree or Advanced degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, or another related field Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and architecture principles Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to drive technology commercialization is a plus Passion for innovation and continuous learning Attention to detail
