The Position As an Advanced Quality Professional I, you will be providing functional and process support to end-users working in Change Control, Deviation, Audits and CAPA processes in the use of novoGloW IT system in Novo Nordisk. Additionally, you will ensure the proactive, respectful, responsive, and timely support provided to meet the stakeholder expectations. You will be responsible for maintaining the Master Data in the above listed novoGloW applications, maintenance of the Knowledge Base in the novoGloW QualityNow support tool and participation in User Acceptance Test and PQ in novoGloW releases. You are entrusted to fulfil the following responsibilities: Advise and support subject matter experts and stakeholders globally in the supported quality processes in novoGloW. Perform data corrections in novoGloW. Maintaining the master data, master keyword lists and profiles in novoGloW. Participate in User Acceptance Test and PQ in novoGloW releases. Training and onboarding of new novoGloW supporters and adhoc support to other processes in novoGlow Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent. Overall, 4 to 5 years of experience working in a global corporate company. Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience or thorough Knowledge with nonconformity/Deviations, Change Control, Audit, CAPA processes Prior experience working with Veeva platform or other similar \'Quality and compliance management IT systems\' will be an added advantage. Experience in supporting workflow-based IT systems and QMS processes. Excellent communication skills (Both written and Oral). Experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Understand the overall elements and regulatory requirements regarding the quality processes in novoGloW. Demonstrated impact of knowledge about different cultures. Good communication and presentation skills. About the department NovoGloW operations is an extended team from Denmark. We provide end-to-end functional support to the end users of NovoGlow IT System (Platform for Quality and compliance management). We work closely with HQ in system releases and Go-Live activities.
