Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and articulate Nurse or Medical Practitioner to interact with clients over the phone, address their medical queries, and provide appropriate medication guidance. The role requires excellent communication skills and a strong medical foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients regarding health concerns Understand symptoms and provide basic medical advice as per protocols Guide patients on prescribed medications and usage Maintain accurate records of consultations and follow-ups Ensure a calm, empathetic, and professional patient experience

Eligibility Criteria:

Medical background (GNM, BSc Nursing, ANM, MBBS, or relevant qualification) Freshers with a medical background are welcome to apply Excellent verbal communication skills in English/Hindi (additional languages are a plus) Strong listening, problem-solving, and patient-handling skills
