Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Advanced Excel Trainer

to deliver professional training sessions covering advanced Excel features such as formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, charts, dashboards, and automation using macros. The ideal candidate should be able to explain complex functions in a simple, practical manner to a variety of learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver hands-on training in

Advanced Excel

to individuals or corporate clients.


Teach advanced functions like VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IFs, nested formulas, and array functions.


Train on data tools such as

Pivot Tables, Power Query, Data Validation

, and

Conditional Formatting

.


Guide learners in creating

dashboards, reports

, and using

charts

effectively.


Introduce

Excel Macros

and basic

VBA

for automation.


Prepare and share training materials, practice files, and exercises.


Support learners through Q&A sessions and feedback.


Customize training content based on audience needs.

Required Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level).


Knowledge of Pivot Tables, Data Analysis Tools, Power Query, Dashboards, and Basic VBA.


Prior experience as a trainer or mentor is preferred.


Good communication and presentation skills.


Patience and ability to simplify complex topics.
