Role Summary

We are hiring a skilled

Advanced Excel Expert cum MIS Executive

to manage all Management Information Systems (MIS) reporting and analysis. This role requires exceptional data handling, automation, and reporting skills to provide accurate business insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

MIS Reporting & Dashboarding:

Design, develop, and maintain complex, automated daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and interactive dashboards using advanced Excel features.

Advanced Data Analysis:

Utilize expert-level Excel functions (

VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Power Query

) to analyse large datasets and identify key trends or performance issues.

Automation:

Implement

Macros and VBA

(Visual Basic for Applications) to automate data extraction, cleaning, and report generation processes, significantly reducing manual effort.

Data Integrity:

Ensure the consistency, accuracy, and integrity of all data used for reporting and analysis.

Presentation:

Summarize complex data into clear, concise, and visually effective presentations for senior management.

Required Skills

Expert-level proficiency in

Microsoft Excel is mandatory.

Proven experience in

MIS reporting/Data Analysis

. Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
