Develops, maintains and manages enterprise application standards and systems, including database, network and hosting solutions. Drives the development of detailed configuration parameters, custom extensions, workflow and integration solutions. Coordinates with technical / engineering teams to ensure solutions are designed to operate in highly available and reliable environments.
Experience working with Oracle Field Service B2B & OFSC a must (development and technical support)
Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college or university, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business. Master's Degree preferred and/or 7+ years of relevant application and software development experience.
Minimum of 2-5 years software development experience at an enterprise level.
Strong understanding of field service processes, resource management, and customer service operations.
Ability to work on multiple, complex projects as a team leader and a subject matter expert.
Excellent communicator with a high degree of personal accountability.
Experience with API's (Oracle ERP, SOA, OIC, Oracle EBS, REST) a plus.
Experience with JIRA, GIT, Confluence, Jenkins, TeamCity Azure DevOps or Postman a plus
Experience with Java, JavaScript, C#, Groovy, Phyton, OpenAPI/Swagger, VBCS, RESTful APIs and Web Service a plus
Certification in Oracle Field Service Cloud preferred.
