Position Title: Advanced Engineer AIOps
:
Roles & responsibilities:

• Build and maintain ML pipelines on Databricks, using Unity Catalog for data governance and MLflow for model tracking and versioning
• Automate CI/CD workflows for ML models using tools like GitHub Actions, Databricks Workflows, or Jenkins
• Support model deployment and monitoring across multi-cloud environments (GCP, Azure), including inference via external APIs like OpenAI
• Integrate frameworks such as LangChain to enable agent-based architectures within Databricks notebooks
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure secure API access, secrets management, and compliance across cloud boundaries

Experience:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field 35 years of experience in MLOps or ML engineering, with hands on work in Databricks environments
• Proficiency in Python, including integration of external APIs and libraries (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure code tools like Terraform
• Familiarity with model monitoring, performance profiling, and observability tools
• Experience working in multi-cloud setups (GCP, Azure) and deploying ML models across cloud boundaries
• Exposure to container orchestration tools like Docker or Kubernetes
• Understanding of ML governance, compliance, and secure data movement practices
