As an Advanced Engineering Support Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing advanced engineering support for various projects and initiatives. You will lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring the successful execution of engineering support activities and the delivery of high-quality solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring that all engineering support requirements are met.


In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our engineering support operations. You will be responsible for managing a team of support specialists, providing guidance and support to resolve complex customer issues, and driving improvements in our support processes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of engineers to provide advanced engineering support for projects Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute project plans Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex engineering problems Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced engineering support or related roles Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
