The role involves embedded software development for electronic communication, sensor interfacing, LiDAR, RADAR, and camera sensor module integration, as well as multi-sensor fusion algorithm development. Responsibilities include conducting analysis, simulation, testing, and hardware-software integration for product development and support activities as part of the electrical team on aerospace projects, primarily focused on controller hardware and software, and LED driver controllers. Additional tasks may involve planning and addressing technical issues with customers.
A Master's degree in Embedded Electronics System Design from a recognized institution, along with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in the following area, is required:
Demonstrated expertise in embedded software development for electronic systems design.
In-depth knowledge of high-speed microprocessors, architectural circuit design, and various microcontroller circuit designs.
Experienced in estimating design tasks, identifying potential risks, and planning development activities.
Proficient in interfacing and communication with LiDAR, RADAR, and camera sensor modules.
Skilled in the development of multi-sensor fusion algorithms.
Experience with data acquisition and communication for a range of sensors (e.g., pressure, temperature, motor speed/position) within embedded systems environments is preferred.
Adept at debugging and collaborating with integrated product teams, including hardware, systems, and testing teams for product and system development.
Extensive knowledge and experience with SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, RS-232/485 serial, and Ethernet interface design and implementation using C/C++.
Proficient in MATLAB and DOORS.
