emonstrate strong leadership skills and 100% technical ownership/accountability of ATP test functional area. A
ctive involvement in Domain's strategic initiatives to achieve business goals. P
osition also requires working on multiple projects/programs concurrently in a fast paced environment. P
rimary customer interface for all projects and relevant production issues. D
efine statement of work, drive estimates, risk handling and technical decision making. E
xpected to mentor budding engineers, drive innovations and write technical white papers or approach papers as deemed fit. D
evelops ways to improve test methodology and processes within the work group. D
rive & deploy standardization of test solutions, and User Experience (Human Factor) initiatives in Test Solutions. I
ndependently participate in the customer telecons and responding production/engineering queries without delays. D
evelop required infrastructure, opportunity and required skills to support PBA team's End state commitment. S
kills
S

hould hold a Bachelor's/master's degree in electrical and Electronic Engineering or an appropriate discipline and have expertise and experience in test engineering. E
xperience in ATEs (Automated Test Equipment) and Interface Test Adapter/Cable harness design; includes mechanical and electrical. P
roven practical experience in functional testing, analysis/troubleshooting of test equipments & test software. P
rocurement, build and integration experience. H
ands-on experience in test hardware design, minimum 4-6 Projects. C
apable of Analog and Digital hardware design. G
ood knowledge of Instruments and their usage (Measuring & Sourcing instruments) P
roficient in C, LabVIEW or LabWindows/CVI programming: H
