Skill Sets:
Bachelors / Masters Degree in Computers /Electronics Engineering , 6 to 10 years of embedded FW product design and development experience .
Full Stack development expertise.
Mandatory skills
design of system involving multiple peripherals and processors/controllers
Embedded development experience with C, C++,

Experience in device driver development and BSP
Experience in bare metal and RTOS based systems

Socket Programming, Data Structures, IPC and Multi Threaded programming
Industry standard Protocol, Communication Protocols
Cyber Security \xe2\x80\x93 Threat modelling, Security requirements, Risk mitigations
Experience in CI/CD tools
Optional skills
Experience in industrial Control Systems
Experience of end to end IoT Deployments
Patents in his/her field of work. Understand the depth and breadth of product development processes




Ensure uniformity in implementations & identify reuse opportunities across these products and development groups
Ability to design and architect complex FW applications that are scalable to accommodate within given resource constraints
Expertise in cyber security standards, ability to identify threats and mitigate them with strong design practices
Capability to work with HW/SW architects and take technical discussions
Exposure to decision making in CCB(Change control board), Product line Maintenance
Technical liaison to W2W PM. Project schedules, prioritization, presentations.
Technical lead on customer issues, Ability to talk face to face with customers and resolve issues with a sense of urgency
Works with quality organization and Technical assistance Centre
Ability to articulate technical details, risks and challenges, best practices at Sr. Management levels such as CTOs and above
Coaches/mentors junior engineers in the team on the products, technologies and domain
