As a Document Controller, you are going to handle ProjectHub SharePoint based EDMS.

Main Roles & Responsibilities



As a Document Controller, you'll be working with an innovative, multi-disciplinary team where you are:

Responsible for Document Management on large projects

Document creation in agreement with Work Package Owner and Document Manager.


- Reviews the document before the signature flow is generated


- Co-ordinates with the WPOs for document status update.


- Reviews the Tender document list (TDL) before sharing it to Customer.


- Providing SharePoint system support (document related).


- Archiving the approved documents in ProjectHub document library.


- Updating and maintaining project templates.


- SharePoint Super User, understand all disciplines document flows.

As super user; Supporting stakeholders in correct use of our Electronic Document Management Systems. Creating and conducting training and procedures for current and coming IT platforms used for project execution. Responsible for ensuring quality of document controlling. Stakeholder management across: NNE WPOs, Engineering Managers, Document Managers, Planners and Procurement. Maintaining document management plan, and support Document Managers in reporting status to senior project management. Responsible Quality Consistency checks for all the Project deliverables. Responsible for Signature flows for all the Project deliverables Ensure NNE's Good documentation Practice is followed throughout the projects.

Education and Work Experience




In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

You have a degree in Business Administration / equivalent You have minimum 5 years of experience in the Document Management You speak and write English
