Familiar with identifying and evaluating IT risks as they pertain to assessments, audits, exceptions, projects. Background in risk management, program/portfolio management, IT operations and security methodologies. Ability to communicate the IT Risk management policies and processes. Comfortable interacting with and presenting to Sr. Management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional planning and organization skills. Aptitude/willingness to learn, customize, and develop new processes, methodologies, and technologies. Functional knowledge of External regulations. - Perform and analyze risks and identifying potential risks associated with processes, services, and assets-Work closely with IT and business risk domains to ensure risk mitigation plans are in place, managed, and effective the domains include, but are not limited to: continuity management, information management, security, service management, and vendor/third-party management. Impact Statements: Deploy, refine, & report Risk metrics (KRIs, KPIs) reflecting the efficacy of IT Risk Management achieved, the maturity & drive continuous improvement Interview and Coordinate communication across asset, process and service owners to identify IT Risks qualitatively and quantitatively. Review opportunity in IT Risk Management space for automation and HUE optimization of project creation and portfolio maintenance Job Activities: Assess IT Risk and actions Reduce rework in reporting Streamline identified work procedures Interview stakeholders Input to IT Risk Register Develop metrics & reporting Refine IT Risk Universe Provide continuous improvement Partner on IT Risk Projects Communicate Risk policies and process Escalate risk exposures You Must Have: Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related field 5-7 years of progressive, related IT Risk (Cyber and overall) management experience, security or project management experience Strong analytical, persuasion and negotiation skills. Risk Management skills and understanding Global mindset and experience working with multiple regions and time zones required. Ability to start and persist with specific courses of action while exhibiting high motivation, sense of urgency, and ownership. Ability to lead discussions and align with leadership Comfortable interacting with various levels of the organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional planning and organization skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Independent, self-motivated.
