You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the solutions are not only effective but also aligned with the latest industry trends and standards. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of projects and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Android Application Development. - Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns. - Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have more than 7.5 years of experience in Android Application Development. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
