Summary: As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will develop innovative technology solutions for emerging industries and products. Your typical day will involve interpreting system requirements into design specifications, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment on project goals, and actively participating in discussions to drive the development of effective solutions. You will engage in problem-solving activities, leveraging your expertise to enhance project outcomes and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA Technical Architecture. - Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques. - Experience with data modeling and performance tuning in SAP HANA. - Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and integration with SAP systems. - Ability to design and implement scalable architecture solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP HANA Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
