The Accurate Mass Workflows Specialist (AWS) is responsible for driving the accurate mass MS business within the sales region. In this role, you will continually develop your business and commercial skills, whilst building upon your technical and scientific knowledge.


This position is part of the India Sales Team and will be based in Mumbai within the West region.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Support Presales presentation and engage customers to drive MS business Leverage your expertise to improve win-rate in the accurate mass MS business. Develop funnel for long term business sustainment Maintain the latest information on key workflows and market trends. Attend and present at scientific conferences and seminars. Develop your collaborative skillset by working alongside cross-functional teams and through customers collaborations. Utilize your skills and expertise to train, coach and mentor colleagues. Contribute to strategic business planning and regional development and growth plans. Lead initiatives to drive Sales within the region. Collect Voice of Customer (VOC) and feedback to the organization.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Master or Doctorate degree in Life Sciences At least 6 years technical experience in mass spectrometry preferably in accurate mass LC-MS/MS. Highly self-motivated, team player with strong presentation skills. Willingness to travel (up to 60%). Fluent in English In-depth knowledge of the LC-MS/MS based application for various segments in Pharma, Proteomics, Metabolomics, Lipidomics and/or Bio/Pharma markets.
