If you thrive in a fast-paced, structured, and team-driven environment - we'd love to meet you!.What You'll Do: Product Training & Sales Enablement:- Design and deliver structured, impactful training aligned with marketing and business objectives.- Upskill teams on product USP, pricing strategy, competitive edge, and application areas.- Connect product features with customer benefits in ways that drive real sales conversations. Engaging Content Development:- Create training content - videos, visual decks, competitive cards, and application demos.- Use LMS, webinars, and microlearning tools to ensure multi-format accessibility. Marketing Integration:- Align training content with ongoing campaigns, brand messaging, and product launches.- Train sales teams on marketing fundamentals - from brand storytelling to demand generation. New Product Launch Readiness:- Take charge of launch trainings - from product features to sales pitches and influencer briefs. Field-Level Impact:- Conduct in-market sessions for sales teams, architects, dealers, and contractors.- Identify skill gaps via surveys/visits and tailor programs accordingly. Evaluation & Improvement:- Design assessments, quizzes, and certification programs.- Measure effectiveness by tracking sales lift, product adoption, and market feedback.What We're Looking For:- 6-10 years of experience in Product Training/Trade Marketing/Sales Enablement- Strong communication & facilitation skills in English & Hindi- Hands-on experience with training content creation & digital tools (LMS, webinars, etc.)- Ability to simplify complex product knowledge into compelling, actionable insights- Willing to travel pan-India as required.Preferred Background:- MBA in Marketing, HR, or Learning & Development- Certification in Training/Instructional Design (bonus)Interested Candidates Please shared your resume or submit your resume- 9319888419 (Whats App) (ref:updazz.com)
